Yesterday, it rained out of nowhere. Forecast said nothing of it, but come afternoon, it rolled in unannounced.
And not just a sprinkle either. A shower. Soft, steady rain that fell for two hours, making circles in puddles and mini waterfalls at the base of our downspout.
Brett, my weather man, thought it was world breaking news. And he’s all scrolling through radar maps on his phone, smiling like a boy, excitedly pointing out blinking green clouds that hug the western edge of Florida’s map. He tells me it’s a sea breeze front, and he runs his finger along his screen while he throws out terms like gulf wind and air flow interaction, and I smile, listening intently because I know he is thrilled to teach me something he loves.
And if I’ve learned one thing in my thirties, it is…
When rain falls unexpectedly…dance in it.
We danced in the rain yesterday, drenching our hair, catching drops on our tongues, and finally running inside, wrapped in towels, for a hot bath.
Spring love list is checkin’ off quite nicely. We still have yet to fly a kite, find a four-leaf clover, land the perfect jelly shoe and purchase our Peeps (of course opening package at least two weeks prior to eating to let them harden appropriately for a proper crisp), but we have put our galoshes to good use. And isn’t the word galoshes just lovely? Makes me want to splurge the $25 for a used copy of this adorable book. But then I found another word you can use for galoshes, thanks to Wikipedia. It’s…wait for it….dickersons. And, well…galoshes just got its ass kicked. Because dickersons is the greatest word ever. Makes me want to bust out my British accent to Lainey with a “Go on now, Lovey, put your dickersons on and we’ll go frolic in the rain.” Galoshes, wellies, dickersons…so many choices, whatever is a girl to do?
Continue a list of happy loves. We are just happily loving right now.
Sun slivers.
Because I’m not done using the word sliver and my girl is still enthralled with scouting out sunny treasure spots for shadow making.
Friend Breakfasts
There will be many more to come because when we make efforts to do it, we are fulfilled in the way that makes us say “why don’t we do this more often?” a dozen times. There were just a couple of us today and it was good and cozy. Heidi always thinks her house is a mess and apologizes for the food not matching her standards and we tell her she’s crazy ‘cuz if there’s one thing Girlfriend can do, it’s cook a meal.

I am in love with this photo. The light, the tomatoes, the herbs, my friend who’s in love with her girl.
Baby Kinsley grows.
And when I’m with Heidi and my kids are off making trouble with hers, I miss my family a little less. Because it feels like cousins and sisters. We sip coffee and laugh and don’t worry about the kids until we hear crashes coming from upstairs. And we yell, “What happened?” and they yell back “Nothing,” and we keep sipping and laughing and talking.

Nella always shimmies across the floor, following the sound of voices until she finds the kids. And then she plays with them, no trouble. Walked in to find this scene…happy heart.
Mornings
I’m already looking forward to tomorrow’s.
“Morning is when the wick is lit. A flame ignited, the day delighted with heat and light, we start the fight for something more than before.” ~Jeb …oh now, this is just uncanny. Jeb’s last name? Dickerson. Swear. Jeb Dickerson said that quote.
Regardless…mornings…we like ’em. The coffee, the jammies, the potential.

Slipped another Oh in there.
You know where she gets the Oh?

…and he has no idea I took this picture.
The Blue “Fancy” Dress.
It’s getting worn and junky and yet she puts it on every single day. It makes her happy.
Contrary Mary.
Garden is growing and we will soon have carrots and radishes and lettuce. I thought everything died twice but apparently, our garden is cat-like in its multiple lives.
Outside Ratio
Our outside time/inside time ratio is shifting, and I’m loving it.

Nella’s hat, Lee La La

And a waterpark date with new friends.
New Sport: Drawer Digging.
She can make a nice little mess.
Daddy Love.
I love the way he loves them, the way he smiles while he’s holding them, the way I know they feel so secure in his arms.
Plus, he makes really good scrambled eggs, so that’s kinda nice too.
And then there’s…
This Girl.
Brett took Lainey for some Daddy time yesterday and I had this girl to myself. And we just basked in love. Laid on the couch belly to belly, kissed, whispered, laughed and patted. She’s always been just pure lovely, but now she’s funny too. Purposely makes us laugh and eggs us on and then gets this look in her eyes, anticipating our reaction. ‘Cuz Sister knows she’s funny.
Going to Bed.
It’s almost as good as mornings, and tonight my bed is calling early. Clean cold sheets, eucalyptus mint pillow spray, a new book and a hot tea.
The weather’s calling for rain tomorrow…perhaps there’ll be some dickersons.
And look who won the muthaload with a Mamalode subscription…Comment Winner #312, The Jones Family: My sweet Noah does the eyes lock, smile while nursing love to me too. It is bliss!
Congratulations, Jones Family. Please send your contact info to kellehamptonblog@comcast.net and your first Mamalode issue will be in your mailbox soon.

All so beautiful. You really celebrate everything and make it all magical, even the rain…and that is truly what is all about! From dawn to dusk….gotta love those small/everyday things!
Thank you for reminding me to look for little moments in every day.
I will only have these mornings where little ones in footy jammies beg to be snuggled “just a little bit more” and days where my little one will snuggle with her Momma and think I am the best in the world.
I need to remember to slow down and drink it all in.
LOVE IT! Enough said.
Your post always make me want to go back and do it all over again with my kids that are now all school age. It goes so fast and when you write about soaking it all up I smile and remember my kids as babies and toddlers. Thank you for that.
i loved this post;
i was so captivated in each picture!
i love your pictures; and how everything is so wonderful i love it!
have a great day =]
soo much fun
Great post! I love girlfriend time like that…and it’s even more special when the kids love it as much as us adults.
And love how Nella finds the kids. Nothing makes me happier than watching my youngest do anything to play with my oldest…my oldest welcoming it!
Enjoy the rain tomorrow.

I love the Daddy OH face! too funny.
In our part of the world we call them gumboots π
Oh an one more thing, could not for the life of me pick which photo I love more… the one of Nella on the picnic bench with the dog, or the ethereal black and white of her. Both stunning!
love it, love it, LOVE IT!
It’s raining here in Michigan too π Puddle jumping with my littles in their “dickersons” makes me want my own pair! Love your photos!
my daughter is just a few months younger than Nella and it’s so cute to see them do some of the exact same things!! Adelyn does the “Oh” face like no ones business lately. And she actually whistles a little bit while doing it! π And girl can’t be trusted by an open dresser drawer, she’ll tear every single thing out in a flash!! So cute! π
Dickerson is my maiden name, and I never knew of that meaning before! How could I have missed it all these years? Thanks for the new appreciation of a name I couldn’t wait to get rid of.
Just wanted to say that your hair looks awesome in that picture at the water park. How do you look so together with two kids? I can barely get out of my pj’s!
I love! I love the soft new light of spring slipping into your photos, the homey comforts of rich christmas colors and coffee whisked away (okay, not the coffee) till next fall…
Love it! Thanks!

Everything you write is gorgeous. It’s renewing. Something I so desperately need right now in my life.
Nella and Brett look soooo much alike! I think it’s wonderful when daughters favor their daddy’s more than their mothers π Both of your girls are beautiful. I just cant get enough of Nella’s Oh face!
Oh I love this post!! I can’t get enough. It makes me want to go wake my kiddos up! Lainey with her hands on her hips and pj’s and bed head, Nella with her “Oh” face and Brett with his, Nella playing with the other kiddos, and those black and whites of Nella, they all give me the warm fuzzies!! Happy heart indeed!
Haha… I said the whole line “Go on now, Lovey, put your dickersons on and we’ll go frolic in the rain” in a british accent. Funny stuff!!lol! I have to say the pic award tonight goes to BRETT! All the pics of him & the girls are just sweet! I’m so jealous you are already spring lovin…but, oh, our spring is coming soon, I can smell it:)xoxo
at the risk of sounding slightly like a copycat, i must ask, where did you spy and later collected the pillow spray? it sounds divine. my homemade lavendar spray is nice…but with summer calling, eucalyptus mint sounds like sweet, heaven-kissed dreams.
here’s hoping tomorrow brings spring showers that keep you tucked easy-like into the slivers of blissful beginnings.
big love, groovy girl.
MMMMM… needed this post today. Love the photo of Nella and the puppy (Latte?) on the picnic table. Love that Nella is figuring out how funny and sweet and precious she is. Love that Lainey has a fashion style to die for. I’ve been wearing more colors lately. I think that is because of this blog π
I LOVE that you celebrated a rain shower by dancing and rolling in each drop. I live in Vancouver, BC and we are RAINCITY. Most of the time I’m just trying to dodge the drops as I make my through the city with my little boy. Love the enthusiasm!
Your blog heals my soul. I don’t know how else to put it. When I see that you’ve updated, I feel my heart start to beat a slower, more steady rhythm. I feel myself able to breathe. And soemthing in my chest, some tight place I didn’t even realize was tight, loosens. I read each word, soaking them up. Your blog is a hot shower after an afternoon of playing in the rain.
What is the new book you are reading? I am looking for a good one…
We call them GUMBOOTS or GUMMIES down here in NZ. But I love Dickersons – has a lovely ring about it!
Oh. My. Goodness. I died when I saw the Nella/Latte on the picnic table photo! Love it!
Speaking in English accents…try this one on for size.
Say ‘beer can’ with a British accent…. I just taught you how to say ‘bacon’ with a Jamaican accent.
cheers lovey!
Lori
So who is your Eucalyptus Pillow Spray by? I want a bed that smells lovely and calls to me!
I always look forward to your blog! It is by far my favorite! Your girls are amazing and so is your heart! Thank you so much for sharing!!

Dickersons?
Who knew! So excited to learn a new word today.
Thrilled beyond all else!
Thanks for making me laugh out loud at your captions — I am particularly appreciative of the one in which we learn the origin of the O face. My dogs even startled awake from my laughter on that one. Thank you for my bedtime smiles. Enjoy your tea!
Oh my goodness, there is so much cuteness in this post! Lainey splashing reminds me of my childhood. Nella and Brett with the Oh’s was super precious (and funny). Baby Kinsley is sooo darn adorable, and that is a great picture of mom and baby. Thanks for the wonderful pics, blended with the perfect words.
I love the pic of lainey laying in a puddle! I can’t wait for our warm spring weather to arrive so we can enjoy splashing in the rain! It’s still way to cold here for any good puddle jumping!
I love the picture of Nella and the dog on the picnic bench. It made me smile. : )
This post just makes me happy–I was so excited to see a new post pop up in my reader. The photos are gorgeous and so are your girls! I can’t wait for our inside/outside ratio to shift! π
My last name is Dickerson, so of course this post peeked my curiosity immediately…but they all do:) I feel like I know your family so just through your blog. Thanks for allowing people all over the world see a glimpse into your wonderful family. I’m nuts about your kids and you make me want a girl desparately (I have two boys).
I’ve been reading your blog daily since Nella was first born but
I’ve never commented before today. This one is my fave entry to date, just had to tell you I loved it.
The picture of you out in the rain with Lainey made my heart smile. And made me hella jealous of your rain because snow is falling by the inch as I write this and my poor wellies (Hunters!) have only been trekking through snow and the poor things need a good dance in the rain. Come on, spring.
Your “dickersons” are our “gumboots”. Although, I believe I am inspired to try the dickerson name after reading this post!
The picture of Nella playing with the kids made me happy and teary-eyed! It’s like she is looking over at you saying ‘It’s OK mommy. I’m not causing trouble, I am just playing with my friends..’
LOVE LOVE LOVE that you and Lainey went dancing in the rain. I need to remember to do things like that with my little guy when he gets a bit older and we get some of that Florida warmth in the pacific northwest. π
I just need to tell you you make my day every day that I read your posts! Thank you!
Oh, I just love it all! I so needed to see a new post from you today. Love the quote by Dickerson. And, YES, I see where Nella gets the “OH” from! ** Just sharing, if anyone wants to check it out. There is a great little video with essay – first appeared in O mag. Called Thoughts on Midlife but it is good for anyone; about what’s important in life and what we hope for. takes some time but worth it. Go to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ns6AY8YD8zY Love to you and yours, the Blog Mama~
I love, love, love the daddy-daughter “oh” face.
Well-played rain dance, ladies. π
OK,I’m laughing Do you see Brett making the O face? LOL! love your rain photos. I’m in Oregon, and need to get out and take rainy photos.
Kate loves drawer digging too! Or uh laundry basket digging and tearing down my forever laundry piles.
You write so beautifully. LOVE that hat on her. Shes precious Kelle!
I can’t wait until we have some nice winter and get rid of all this snow (and now ice)!
How many pictures do you end up taking in an average day?
The daddy “OH” face is great. My son makes some crazy faces and I’m always like “I hope my face doesn’t look like that when I make it!” π Such a goof, my son!
Love this post, love your blog! So uplifting after a long day tending to my sick babies and my injured dog π
I literally laughed WAY out loud when I saw Nella’s OH face and then your husband’s face. Too cute! I love it!!
Luving the pic with Nella and the yellow picnic table/dog…so damn cute!
We call galoshes ‘Gum Boots’.
Your girls are adorable π
Nella sitting up at that picnic table…priceless. Mornings are my favorite time of day too. I am always excited to get the boy out of his crib in his mornings! Although some mornings I would rather he wait just a little while longer to wake up.
This is my first time commenting on your blog. Everyday, I come see if you have a new post. I LOVE it when you do. You make me a better Mom. You make me..oh gosh…dare I say it? Enjoy the small things! I adore the way you love your daughters. Sometimes I get lost in life, the busy, run here, run there. I catch myself stopping and thinking what would Kelle SEE here? (someone I have never met- or even communicated with!) So- I thank you. I think my children thank you too!
I am trying to push away feeling of jealousy at your outside to inside ratio because you deserve it. I am in Canada dealing with the winter blues as my 14 month old daughter stares out the windows wanting to go outside and play, yet her tootsies will freeze! I think I will have to put Florida on my to do list this year.
I love that Nella thinks that applause is for HER!
All children should feel that way.
As always, your post brings me SO many smiles. LOVE the “Ohs”!
Beautiful photos.
Sounds & looks like you are having a lot of fun.
I am waiting for the day that we spend more time outside then in. I think I want to move to Florida–I am tired of snow π
Beautiful pics like always!
Wellies…is another word the British use for rainboots. While I was over there for 5 months about two years ago, I felt like I was the ONLY one wearing them when it rained….can you believe it?! It’s England…it rains like every hour!
this little space you’ve carved in the internet is always my happy for the day. i always save it for last and am never disappointed! dessert at it’s finest.
show us the spring list!
My favorite part of the ‘o’ face is how you caught Brett making it – love it!
favorite… blog… ever, ever, EVER! i felt it, and your photos… wow… blew me away! i felt like i was there! kudos, kudos, kudos! thanks for making me feel alive, just be being YOU! π
Lovely post. I love the ‘o’ face, it makes me chuckle every time you post it.
Nella is growing into a beautiful looking child. That sugar white hair and those baby blues are killer!
It rained here the other day too. Actually it stormed. Made me want to run upstairs and crawl into bed. I love falling asleep to the sound of rain. Daddy love is one of my favorite things too. I feel like I’m an outsider looking in when my husband is playing with our son. Melts my heart.

You are such an inspiration as a mother. I always avoided “dancing in the rain” because of the wet, muddy mess we would track in the house. But you and your girls make it look worth the mess it might make! Your posts teach me to lighten up a bit and don’t sweat the small stuff. Thank you so , so, so much for that.
And that face your little one makes is classic! π

I just love that picture of Nella with the picnic table and the dog. It’s so perfect it almost looks fake. Love it.

I love reading your posts! Its like a little treat! Lainey is getting so big and Nella is just adorable – such beautiful eyes. And I agree, mornings are the most glorious time of day! I look forward to them, and my coffee, every night!!
Oh, I am SO getting my little guy some dickersons now. Because it’s just fun to say. And we’ll run in for a spot of tea afterwards.
Your garden looks amazing! Can’t wait till ours looks like that (a couple more months for us)!
How the heck is it that I don’t know you, but yet I scurry to my computer each night to see what Kelle posted about her girls!!! I want a little bit of Laney for dinner, and some Nella for dessert!! They are the cutest!
I love reading your blog, especially since i am new to this whole mummy thing. (2 months and counting)
i love mornings as well especially when i get to cuddle my little girl after she has had a feed.
I also think your an amazing woman and i always look forward to reading your blog. (i check everyday) and your girls are cutie pies π
I love to dance in the rain too! Here in London we generally call em’ wellies, although I shall now be trying to slip “dickersons” into common use next time it rains. π Thank you for sharing such honest words and beautiful photos- I always enjoy reading your blog. Heather
Ahhh…!! Just loving all your loving!!! Today’s post I could just scoop it right up and give it a big squeeze .. Dickersons, friend breakfasts, kids playing, jammies, daddy hugs/holds, the Oh! Nella… Who would not love that face??!! Thanks once again for sharing yourself & your lovely, love-y family… (Do I have to say “Gorgeous pics” every time, or can that just be a given?)
Dancing in the rain…is the best. I love that photo of Lainey splashing in the puddle. What a neat shot. Brett’s “Oh” face made me laugh only because it’s so sweet that Nella got that from him. Too precious. Daddy’s are the best, aren’t they? Warms my heart to see a man holding and enjoying and loving on his babies π
I loved your description of Brett when it started raining! Too cute π
Ohhh, a new post…!
I’ll save it for later – got something to look forward to, during the work day.
Looks like a great post too!!!
π
Have a wonderful day!
You & your girls are so beautiful. Those photos are lovely too. And I enjoyed reading this post. You are enjoying the small things! =)
Your words and pictures make my soul happy
Oh Kelle, your blog has yet again warmed my soul & made my heart feel full!
And ooooh what a delicious collection of photos {again}….I think Nella sitting at the picnic bench & Lainey in the morning shot {all bed-hair & sleepy & soft} are my fave π
So many people struggle into & out of everyday life….if only they read your blog & could ‘see’ into a better way of living….a better way of thinking! Imagine all the happy people in the world :))
xo
Just gorgeous, as usual. I love the rain photos–what great memories you’re making. π
Caitlin
from black currant thoughts.
think i have said this before, BUT i love the way you dress your little girls.
they are gorgeous!
stunning photos.
Here is another word for Galoshes – GUMBOOTS! It’s what we call them in Australia :0). Love your blog xx
We call them GUMBOOTS!!!!
I can’t wait to buy my little girl her first pair for this Winter!
And I can’t wait to dance in the rain with her π
Love your work Kelle!
Larissa – Melbourne, Australia
“You know where she gets the Oh?” Hilarious!!!!
Loved this post – perfect. I adore the tomato/herb picture too (it made me stop in my blog-readin’ tracks). The pictures were all fabulous, the spirit is felt. Thank you for sharing, as always! Nella is SOOOO stinkin’ cute, especially sitting on the bench. Love it all.
Where are Nella’s pjs from?? adorable.
It’s taken about two weeks to.. really soak up your stories. I love this. It is a rainy, not quite sunrise kind of day. I’m sitting in my pjs, drinking my Yogi tea, and once again, stretching out my sleep to the words of your beautiful blog. My fiance, Jason, has embraced my new blogging passions with unabashed dignity. I am so inspired by your sweet family, and the openness in which you share them. It’s given me a lot of hope and joy to know that my thoughts could be explained in your words. By the way, I really just want to thank you for so many small and wonderful moments. I’ve been able to send a few to my new-mommy sister Tara, who I’m sure is flowing them through her friends as well. Thank you so much. I’ve embellished my blog with quotes from your stories, and I really hope that this is ok.
I hope your day is as beautiful as it is here.
Today’s Yogi tea quote:
~”Travel Light, live light, spread the light, be the light” π
cool.
Such perfection! π Love every word, every image.
I had a big smile on my face when I read “And where does she get the oh from” and the next picture was Brent doing it! ha ha Way too cute! As always, thanks for sharing!
dickerson’s eh? I’ll try to slip that into conversation today. Enjoy all of your outdoor time. In St Louis the buds are on the trees. It’s getting very exciting, very soon everything will burst open. You should plan a roadtrip…..meet me in St Louis for spring time. Bring the girls & your camera…heck Brett too if he’s free. Yes?
Your girls have the cutest clothes! And your pictures just make me… happy π
You make a party from everyday, I love that!
Love Mirella
Thanks for slipping in the oh faces… they give me a good laugh every single time!
Glad you are loving life and everything it brings these days. Wish I could feel the same; spring needs to come to Canada before I lose my mind!
Once again, I hit the Kelle blog BINGO with another common outfit between your Nella and my Lindsey. Hope Nella loves the striped jammies as much as Linds does! The northeast is getting some pounding rain today. We might just have to have a date with the front yard puddles after work tonight. Thanks for continued inspiration.
As always, a very beautiful blog post. I’ve been turning people onto your blog for years now…but hardly ever comment.
Love your outlook…trying to catch a little bit of it to call my own. More fun. More love. More life.
Hahaha… Dickersons. I have never heard them called that in all my life (I’m British). It may be one of my new favourite words.
Loving Nella’s Oh face!
Your little Nella brings a smile to my face each morning I check your blog…LOVE the Oh!
awesome !!! i had to email you a pic of my son noah , smiling at noah and saying “baby” and kissing the computer . so cute.
its raining here today and im going to put on my dickersons !
love and blessings the doughtys
Thanks for geting my morning off to great start! Lainey and Nella are, as always, so beautiful, but look at those other littles in this post! Baby Kinsley is too much! I don’t know what y’all have in your water in Florida, but y’all are growing some beautiful babies.
oh my goodness you make the every day so special. those pictures are perfect. loved the one of nella and your pup on the picnic table. never get tired of checking in on you. just wish i was the new friend;)
First of all, I LOVE the picture of Lainey from when she first woke up. That hair and snuggle-bunny look just perfectly captures morning.
Secondly, I love all the pictures of Nella, always, because she just looks so happy, all the time.
But most importantly, I am turning over a new leaf and trying to be more positive. I have been reading you for a while but I just want to say, while I look at many mom blogs, yours lifts my spirits while other often lower them. I need that. π
Your family is beautiful. I wish I could swim in March, though. Hahah
this post made me So Happy. Thanks
My 15 month old and I were just sitting here reading your blog and all of a sudden I felt drool all down my arm…the pictures of your girls made her so in awe that she drooled all over me. π
Love all of Nella’s adorable faces and all the great pics of daddy! Looks like y’all are off to an amazing spring . . . now if we could just get our temps a little warmer for Spring Break in Texas.
I love your positive energy and REAL perspective…I literally cannot wait for each new blog post π They light up my day and warm my heart. Thank you!! I loved your quote from Jeb Dickerson soooo much that I shared it on my FB page and linked back to this amazing blog!! Spread the love, sister!!
Daddies loving on their baby girls is so awesome!
So, I stumbled across your blog through a friend’s “favorite blog list” & although you are a complete stranger, I love reading what you write! Constant reminders to seize the day. With my husband being in med. school, our every day goal is to enjoy the small things. Your blog is such a testament of unconditional love!
You gave me my first grin of the morning with that picture of Brett making the Ohh-face. I love it!
My husband whips out wicked good scrambled eggs too, is that a guy thing or what ?!?
Little Nella and my Katherine are like soul sistahs! The Oh Face, the funny bone, the I will play with the big kids ANYtime, the daddy love, having the adoration of the older sibling..all of it! She’s almost four now and I miss those baby days!
I think someone else already said the same thing, but thanks for getting my morning off on the right foot! LOVE the pictures, especially the one of Brett and his “oh” face! I only see pictures and can tell he is one awesome daddy, perfect for those girls. Enjoy the rain, we have it here too, only it’s not quite warm enough to dance in it yet, although now I’m totally excited about the possibility as the days get warmer…My Gracie has the same ladybug umbrella, and after I get her a great pair of dickersons, she’ll be so set! Happy Thursday!
I thoroughly enjoyed this post and laughed out loud when I saw the pic of where the Oh face comes from!
great post! in the pic of nella in the shadows, I love the little baby doll feet peaking out of the sofa..too cute π
enjoy the rain! spring has sprung
xoxox
You have the most beautiful family! I love looking at all the wonderful pictures you take. The one of your husband making the O face to Nella made me laugh. She definitely picked up that face from him! Ha! I also love your collage of pictures on the wall, they are in the background in the picture of your husband holding Lainey. I love how they all match but are different. I would love to have a wall similar to that when I have my own family. Take care!
Elizabeth
I like that you captured the source of the Oh : )
Funny…when I first read today’s blog title, I was thinking it was supposed to say “Enjoying the Bickersons” until I read further of course. I’m thankful Dickersons is not a part of my vocabulary (and much more enjoyable than Bickersons : )
Kelle – I insist that you blow up the picture of Nella on the picnic bench. It’s my all time favorite! And you? You are stunningly beautiful both inside and out. Thank you for the love that you put into your blog each and every week…you make many of us so very happy!
Julie
Love the pictures in the rain, I can’t wait to have some of that weather to play in with my kids. I love the post and the pictures today thanks for the smile.
does one ever shorten dickersons to just dickers? and then does one go one step further and just say “go get your dicks”! nope, does not have the same ring to it.
π xoxo
I just love the name “Dickersons”!
My favorite picture in your post today is the one with Nella and the dog at the picinic table! Just adorable!
You still inspire me! Love making the every day special. Good times.
Also – I’m glad to know it isn’t just my husband who thinks he is a Jr. Meteorologist! I haven’t learned how to smile at his ramblings yet… I’m still at the “uh-huh… oh… cool… ahhh… oooooh…. okay, can we be done now?” phase. Something to work on as always!
I love Nella’s little Oh face! So cute. Enjoying watching your baby grow along with mine…we’re slightly ahead at 17 months. π
Such wonderful things to love. I cannot wait until our indoor/outdoor ratio changes… I am getting very tired of Canadian winters!
Loving everything about this post! For once in my life I am jealous of rain, your rain, warm enough to gather up the babies and play and dance in it, spring is on it’s way, just not soon enough, haha! Brett’s oh face seriously made me laugh outloud, so funny! I love the first black and white shot of Nella, those eyes, she is such a beauty!
Nella is looking just like you in these pictures, especially the last one! She’s starting to look like a little girl instead of a baby! And love her “oh” face, preciousness. Love the pic of her playing with the kids. My daughter always finds her way into the action as well. Fun can’t happen without Lilly being part of it. Enjoy your “spring” – in NYC we’re still at 40 degrees.
Love the “O”s…I remember how funny that was when Sammi did it, now I relish the way they have morphed into on-demand kissy faces. π Glad your rain comes with warm weather!
Being British myself…and not the silver spoon kind…I have to say I never came across ‘Dickerson’s’ in my life! But have to say I am loving this new word. Although nothing will ever replace ‘Wellies’!
Love the pictures in the rain, I cannot wait for warm summer rain.
Kelle,
I love the photo of you in the rain. . . thanks for reminding me to dance in the rain. Turns out, it’s coming down here in Washington right now. When I woke up this morning, I was bummed because it was raining. Thanks to you, we’re going to get our Dickersons and head outside today!
Glad to see that you’re doing well. Looks like Lilly is going to have a second surgery (Colleen met with the doctor yesterday). Your blog continues to help her through the tough times. Thanks for your perspective.
Kate and Henry
P.S. Love the “Noah and the Whale” – Five Years Time. We saw them a few years back while visiting friends in Cambridge. . . great live band.
I love your blog. You photographs are wonderful. And, the “oh” pictures make me smile, everytime. π
I love love love your OH comment, what a great father daughter photo!!! She totally gets it from him…awesome.
Enjoying Nella’s “Oh” faces, Lainey in the rain, the pictures of Brett with his girls, the Jeb Dickerson quote and Gypsy King’s Moorea :))). xox
“Music…gives wings to the mind, a soul to the universe, flight to the imagination, a charm to sadness, a life to everything.” ~Plato
I laughed out loud at that picture of Brett. Love love love it. =)
I don’t know that it is about this post but I think it might be my favorite so far!!! It’s a beautiful post Kelle!!
ohhhh i am so jealous of your WARM rain!!! we have had rain, but it’s less than 40 degrees here, so no dickerson-play for us yet!!! that pic of lainey belly down in the puddles made me laugh out loud!
and so did the pic of brett’s OHHHH face!
question–how did you get the shot from behind the grass of lainey fishing??? were you laying in the pond or what??? how do you get such great vantage points??????
Beautiful photos of beauitful people, as always.
Love your sun slivers. We call them sun puddles in my house. π
love brett’s oh face pic and love that nella looks just like him when she makes her face!!!
The O face is genetic!!!! Wonderful! There’s something blissful about a child in daddy’s arms! Makes me heart melt!
P.S. Thanks for this post! I needed it on this freezing cold northern rainy day…no rain dancing for me unless I want to spend the rest of the week ill in bed. π
Love your messy house in the background π Now will you be my best friend? ha ha.
Hi! I think I may have commented once on your blog, but- being honest here- it was probably something totally fluffy and probably to enter some contest. I do want to say now that the more I read your blog, the more inspired I feel in my own life. I think positivity begets positivity, and I haven’t been positive enough. I just finished reading the post in which you had a scare while you were pregnant with Nella, and it moved me to tears. I recently miscarried and I just wanted to keep it to myself (and husband), it was a very dark and lonely place to be. I wish I had surrounded myself with friends and family instead, but being a California transplant in New England, I don’t have many friends to lean on. I guess to sums things up, I’m feeling like I need to make a change in my life and start to look at the bright side of things and stop feeling sorry for myself, and seeing my cup as half empty. I love reading here, and I love your beautiful photos. It’s no wonder you have so many people that love you, you seem to be such a positive person, and so loving yourself. Who wouldn’t want to be around that?! Anyway, I’m so glad everything turned out well, Nella is AMAZING :).
Stale peeps rock!!!! already indulged this season π
My daughter Ella, who is just a week and a half younger than Nella, also loves a good game of Drawer Dig. She also enjoys, laundry basket hammock.
The photos with Nella and her Daddy — priceless.
Thank you for a happy post! My hubs grandmother passed, the funeral is tomorrow, we could use some uplifting. Thank you.
It’s been raining here in MI pretty good and I’ve been itching to take some great rainy pictures.. Do you have a waterproof cover or something for your camera?? How do you take all these fabulously-close-to-water shots?
we are still stuck (kinda) inside … and i’m pretty sure i could get us out more … but i am SODONE with snow. and cold. that i just can’t help but sit inside and make pretty things with my cora that look like spring. and currently my entire house is FILLED with tissue paper flowers and rainbows. and i care less that it looks like someone threw wrapping paper around my house. it makes me smile. and that’s all that matters, right?
finn and cora just sat absolutely entranced looking at nella and lainey. cora is convinced that they would be friends because she looks like “a maybe gonna be four year old” too.:)
and plus lainey has a baby doll that looks just like lindsay’s. so there’s that.
xoxo.
“sister knows she’s funny” — love that.
xoxo.
You are so inspiring to me! While dancing in the rain sounds magical, I fear if given the opportunity, I would say no… because that would mean I’ll have to blow-dry my hair again! You help me realize the importance of relaxing a little… a lot! THANK YOU KELLE!!!!
i haven’t danced in the rain in sooo long. you make me want to again.
fabulous blog and wonderful pictures!
i’m your newest follower : )
cheers,
cailen

I found myself smiling thru your entire post ( ;
LOVE that picture of Lainey laying in the puddle! LOVE. it. Been raining buckets here in Ohio too.
Where did you get Lainey’s jammies? They are so cute! And I laughed right out loud when I clicked on the link and saw the book called “galoshes”.
Oh and one last thing: I’m totally jealous you have a baby that seems to sleep anywhere. How did you do that?!
So funny where Nella gets her Oh face from. I nearly laughed out loud π
Love your posts! They just make me smile!
,,,today in my neck of the woods we’re wearing our “wellies, top-boots, gumboots, golashes”, donning our umbrellas and rain-hats, it’s that sort of day,,,(smile)
,,,love the “O” expression, now we know nella is good at mimicking her papa,,,is your husband a domesticated professional?,,,how nice that he is able to spend lots of time during the day with his family,,,
,,,baby kinsley is beautiful!,,,love those blue eyes, luxious brown hair and her sweet heart lips,,,
,,,love your photo of the rain drops, great definition,,,
As always, wow. Wow. Wow. Wow with the pictures.
Is there honestly any other way to eat peeps other than 2 week old and crispy?
Love your blog. Can’t get enough of it!
Oh my gosh..I just had to comment…I LOVE hard peeps. lol. SOOOO much better than fresh from the package. π
Sometimes rain is all you need…
I love the picture of your husband feeding Nella, with the Oh face…my husband videoed me feeding Piper and I do the exact same thing every. single. bite.
Ok, I love the “oh” face – and your little piece on golashes/dickersons – well I started laughing out loud and people started looking at me funny while I sit here at work. You are so much fun!
PS: Seeing those shots of dancing in the rain just make me that much more excited for spring. It’s raining right now, but we gots to get rid of the snow before we can dance in any rain…much love…
Love Lainey’s rain boots! Or Dickersons! They’re cute.
Loved your post, as I do all of them! I always look forward to reading about you and your family π
Loved how you guys danced in the rain! Looks like fun, I need to do that next time it rains!
Being an Irish girl at heart, I am fond of the word “wellies” as in wellington boot. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! BTW, little Nella’s faces are truly pure bliss. Loving learning about your family, and loving your blog! Thank you for sharing with us!
It’s sleeting in Michigan, so your sunny and rainy pics were a welcome distraction. I also enjoy stale Peeps, so glad to know I don’t have to be in the closet any more. π
My favorite picture was Lainey splashing on her tummy in the rain – perfect abandonment into fun.
That photo of Nella under your “This Girl” header is breathtaking….
I had to let out a laugh when I saw your husband’s “oh” face! HA! A daddy loving on his children is one of the most priceless sites!
so i’m one of your biggest fans, i’m certain of it. and i keep trying to figure out why all of us shamelessly pine for your next post. i mean, we all have lives too, right? tonight i was given a reminder of why “Enjoying the Small Things” is so important to many of us, all over the world. i am cleaning out a closet to get ready for my military husband and the fam to move back to the States when i discovered an afghan that was made for us for our wedding. i’m kind of an anti-packrat and i was certain i had given it to Goodwill years ago. alas! there it was! and it made me so happy! i instantly thought of your favorite new quilt that Nella is often on and i thought, THIS is the life that Kelle celebrates. we all have the bad stuff, but oftentimes we don’t pause to enjoy the rain, the funny faces, the sidewalk chalk creations. i feel better after i read your thoughts intertwined with your amazing pictures. thank you for that gift!
I find myself thinking of Nellas ‘oh’ at times during the day, and giggling to myself. Not that I haven’t got my own sweet and yummy littlies to occupy my thoughtful loving’ times. But I can’t help loving that ‘oh’!
Here in Australia we call those boots ‘gummies’ and my boys wear them everyday. Except when they are old enough to go to school, that is. In winter, they wear them for the mud and the wet, and in summer they wear them as a snake protector. Fangs can’t bire through gumboots!
Love the pictures!! Nella’s smile and beautiful eyes just radiates a love that is so pure! <3
I like reading your blog on my phone between that moment of settling into cold sheets and winding down for the evening. Makes me have happy dreams of future motherhood (hoping and praying!)
The “Oh” face Brett is making right after seeing Nella’s “Oh” face right above… made me laugh out loud. Children really do learn by example and watching intently. And what a fine example they have in such a creative, loving mom! π
Happy rain day — it’s been raining here in Orlando since the wee hours and makes me just want to head home and snuggle in deeper.
It’s raining here today too. And, honest to goodness, I thought: I wonder if it’s raining in Florida and I wonder what Kelle Hampton would do with it.
Laying down in puddles and dancing in the rain, I probably knew that already though.
More Oh Faces please!
Just adorable! π
thanks for making my day.
I LOVE this post Kelle. It just had me smiling the whole time. Love that picture of Nella at the table with Latte and the jammie messy hair one of Lainey!
Oh and dancing in the rain? You girls make it look delicious! Lucky you have Brett to capture some great times involving you!
Can’t get over how much Nella Bean is looking like her dad!
Great post kelle. Love the Dickersons π
Kelle…your posts always make me smile! I live in Petawawa, Ontario, Canada…and we have been getting NONSTOP snow for the past week, so it is so nice to stop by your space and see some lovely sunshine (and even some spring showers!). I can’t wait until my little man can run around in the grass again π
I just wanted to let you know how much I love your blog. It is beautiful, real, and inspiring. much love to you and your family!
You all are the best. Thanks for your inspiration.
Kellie, how do you manage to get yourself in photos? Like at the water park…I have so many photos of the kids and daddy and others but rarely get one in of me.
YOu are truly a rockstar!
Everything about your blog not only leaves this warm feeling in my heart but makes me want to be a better mother, a more creative, fun loving, dance in the rain mom. So thank you.
A good morning includes a smiling eight months old, and a big steaming cup of black coffee! And when I also find a new post from you, it’s even better! Love the inspiration! Love the pics of Nella and daddys “OH”‘s! Take care! π
oh my goodness, the picture you caught of Brett doing the “oh” face = priceless!
Your hair looks GREAT long, btw!

So, I read your post last night and enjoyed the whole “Dickersons is a funny word”-thing… and today as my students walked up the stairs at school I look down at the boy’s feet in front of me, because they are making a slightly different sound than the normal shoe and what do I see???? That’s right…Dickersons. I laughed out loud and my students wondered what was so funny and I just smiled and said, “The small things in life”. Thanks for the post. My 4th graders say hello.
I love the photo of you anf Lainey in the rain! it puts a smile on my face π My Nelko liked it too and said”Mama let’s swim in the rain”…ahh darling boy!
Being English I always moan about the rain and I’m determined that the next time it rains that my girl and I will go jump in puddles and laugh instead of whining!!!
You find the beauty in everything. It’s magical.
Your blog makes me smile.
That is all : )
So, Lent is all about giving up something to remind us that Jesus gave up his life for us… something we do everyday…something we would really miss and struggle with giving up…Know what I almost gave up!? Your blog! “Almost” being the key word… I just couldn’t fathum not reading and gave up coffee instead. Ha! Thanks Kelle for brightening my day – everyday!
When I saw your blog listed on another, I couldn’t help but want to check it out because of the name. The “motto” of my blog is “treasuring all of life’s little joys.” Quite similar right? I love what you’ve got going on here and just wanted to let you know!
Always enjoy your blogs…tonight my 2 year old daughter and I “read” it together. For every single picture of Lainey and Nella, she said, “My girl! My baby!” π
I hope this comment jumps out at you. I FOUND JELLY SHOES!
Old Navy has some Mary-Jane-looking ones, and Payless has traditional ones. I HAVE to find them every year for my toddler π
Cheers for Wellies!
I loved this post! The pictures are fantastic!
Some reasons why I love your blog:
1. I grew up in South FLA and seeing the fruit stands, beaches, and barefootness (I enjoy making up words) reminds me of my childhood and all the fun times I had in FLA.
2. I am a special education major (graduating May 7!!!) and I love reading your two little darlings!
3. Your photography is beautiful and I wish you would come have a shoot with me! If I could only afford it!
4. I also love etsy and vintage styles and love seeing those styles in your blog!
Thank you for the laughs and smiles!
Emily
Kelle,
I don’t even know where to begin…your posts inspire me so much!! I have a son who is 7 and a daughter who is 5. I want to try to cram so much into their little lives already and you just keep giving me more and more wonderful ideas!!!
LOVE the picture of Lainey on her belly in the rain with her gorgeous DICKERSONS!! And the “OH” pictures of Nella, PRICELESS!!! My kids used to make the strangest face when eating with their mouths all distorted and open. Didn’t realize why they did it until someone videotaped me feeding them and I realized it was ME making those faces to get them to eat and they were mimicking me!!
Thank you for being you and blogging about the “little things.” Too often we are in such a rush with life that we don’t stop and enjoy those things!!
Keep up the great work!!!
Kris
I laughed out loud at the picture of Brett!! That is hilarious!
We’re in north Georgia and have had rain for almost 3 days now…maybe some of it finally reached you.
Happy almost Friday <3
oh and in Australia we call them ‘gumboots’ π
First- I lived for a summer in Ireland and had to buy some wellie to wade through the bogs. They are made by Dunlop- like the tires! I still have and love them!
Also, my dad does the same thing with the weather. He is not satisfied by the weather channel and the local weather man, he has to get on NOAA.gov and read the all the maps and their descriptions. I admit it rubbed off on me. When our local weather man is calling for a big storm, I’ll go on NOAA (even though I don’t understand most of it!).
We leave the peeps harden too! I just found out they now make peeps dipped in chocolate-who could ask for anything more π Love the Lee La La sun hat!
Oh, I love! My husband has asked me if I’m addicted to your blog and I realize, I am! It’s the best ever. Each picture is so breathtaking and I am so grateful you share so much!
Love, love, love these pictures. Lainey on her belly in the rain says to me, freedom and childhood. The picture of Nella looking at Brett melted my heart. You can see the love from the picture.
Awww….just precious! I am a morning lover too π And if you think your outside:inside ratio has been bad, you should try living here in the North East. Ugh. It has been a very snowy winter! It was 34 degrees outside the other afternoon and finally sunny and the kids and I spent a whole hour (whoa) outside. It felt like summer compared to what the weather has been like as of late!! Why do I live here again?! :0) Thanks for your Blog. I just love it!
Beautiful pictures. Beautiful thoughts. Love it all!
Wow that looks like so much fun you and Lainey dancing in the rain!
I’ll definitely have to try it!
xo
The combo of the stories, photos and the Noah and the Whale song playing perkily in the background has me smilin’ and groovin’ on this quiet evening. Love it! π
Since our last name is Dickerson, I am thrilled at this new revelation. π
Love your stories and your beautiful girls and your heart.
jamie
Dickerson you say. Huh. It’s my maiden name and I had no idea. Isn’t it amazing what you learn from blogs?
I am pretty sure your blog was the first one I’ve ever read. And I have to say, you’ve had me from the first post. And that was years ago! It just keeps on giving … the pictures, the words, the love, the inspiration!!
xoxo,
A
PS – Oh and one more thing, I just love that b&w picture of Nella the one where she is off on the left … delicious!!
so many greats in this post Kelle- your home is just so cozy- warm with syruppy luve! That shot of Nella at the table with her pup- classic! And I like my peeps aged as well!
Cole
i just bought my girl the clear mary-jane jellies from Old Navy and she’s in love. calls them her glass slippers and prances. they could be just what the girls need!
I love the OH face so much and it made me crack up when I saw the picture of Brent. Too funny!!
P.S. Love Mammalode. Just finishing up my current issue tonight:) So excited to read your article in the next issue.
galoshes are my favorite thing in world. if there is a CHANCE of rain, if it rained two days and the ground is still wet, I’m wearing them. and so is my 2 yr old boy. and the fact that Dickersons is another name for them, spectacular. Yesterday my son ran out in the rain, screamed, RAINNNNN and ran around splashing in puddles. and then a man asked if we were from up north. Nope, ATL. π
That last picture says: “Here I am gettin’ loved for no particular reason. Just cuz I AM. I don’t even have to do anything for it.” Now, THAT’S the kind of love our kids all deserve!
Laughed at the picture of Brett with his “O” face! Does he read your blog? And of course, love all the pictures of your beautiful girls.
Hi Kelle,
A friend of mine, also with a DS baby, sent me a link to your blog, saying ‘you like to take photos, try this for inspiration!’, I did, and I do!
I’ve loved reading about your family, but somehow haven’t wanted to comment, seems like it’s rude. But then, earlier this year, I started my own blog, and I now see how glorious it is that people comment… So here I am, introducing myself… Hello! My name is Emma… And I love your blog, reading about your adventures, and seeing your photos!
With lots of loving wishes…
Emma in Lao
1) I LOVE Lainey’s Wellies. I want some in my size, and confess that I almost bought some insane ones a few years ago in England. Non-buyer’s remorse.
2) Nella is getting more and more beautiful.
3) As much as I love your blog, I ALWAYS am insanely jealous of the bathing suits and sunshine. Grrr…
A-MAZING pictures in the rain. The one of Lainey on the ground splashing-WOW. And the one of you two catching drops on your tongue. I absolutely love.
Your pictures always blow my mind.
Seriously dying over the Peeps-I do the EXACT same thing with them. They have to be hard so I can bite the little beak off first, then each eye, then the tail and then lastly the rest of the great crunchiness. There’s a little window of opportunity with those things though-and sometimes I dry them SLOWLY so they don’t get too hard. I know when I eat one and my jaw hurts afterwards that maybe I’ve gone too far.
Have a great weekend!!!!
her coats and rainboots are too cute!!!
xoxo

First of all, the whistling in the song “Five years Time” scared the crap out of me – I thought someone had entered the room and well, starting whistling to scare me. Then I scrolled down to Nella’s “oh” face and I could see that it was her whistling – lol!! – Maureen C
We love playing in the rain too – http://bedtimemonsters.blogspot.com/2010/09/things-to-do-smell-flowers-and-play-in.html. I love looking at all your pictures, they encourage me to be more creative π
At least Nella likes the sun slivers…my wee one gets frustrated because she tries to pick them up, and can’t!
Love this post. That is all.
Dickersons! I love it! I want to be splashing right next to Lainey Love. And, I must admit, I felt like I channeled my inner Kelle Hampton the other day when I got (and took a photo of) my new yellow and black plaid dickersons. You would have been proud.
I need some dickersons. The last few years there have been repeated instances where I had dickersons in my shopping cart, only to ditch them before check out thinking, no I don’t really need dickersons. I really do want some dickersons this spring. I will stop chickening out on the dickersons.
π
Kelle, do you have extensions or is your hair really that long? It’s beautiful, I’m just being nosey!
Carey
I can’t remember if I commented already…
but I just need to say, you are one of the best moms ever, for the simple reason that you will sit, in your clothes, in the water at the splash park!!! I think I need to stop being so worried about silly things like that!! haha!
Love the blog. Love the word “dickersons”. You just want to say it all the time (and the English accent to accompany it is only appropriate). Thanks for making us all a little more in tune with the small things every day!
Megan of MandMpage
I sure do miss the nice warm FL rains falls. Here is rains, but we can’t go out in it because it’s like ice and if you get a drop on you you get sick π
Glad you got to have some special time w/ Nella!
I only have one kiddo so I can only imagine needing that extra special one on time with each individual kiddo. Most days I am praying someone will drop their kiddos so mine can have some siblings to play with π
In Australia rain boots are called Gumboots or “Gumbies” for short…I love Wellies, Dickies & Galoshes too.
I totally agree about the Peeps. The only way to eat them!
Gorgeous!! Thanks for sharing
I love that it makes you smile when Brett shows you the storm tracker and this part of the post made me smile cuz it reminded me of breakfast in Park City. And you telling me how Brett’s favorite show is anything on the weather channel.
You look beautiful even when you’re wet and catching raindrops!
Your girls are so stinkin’ cute! And I know exactly what you were feeling when you caught Nella in the middle of the action, playing with all of the kids. She looks sooooo grown up in that picture, playing with her dolls.
And the “Oh face” will never get old. Keep the pics a coming!
Love you!
your children are adorable. i love your blog.
Such a sweet post. π I love the picnic table – dog photo! So cute!
I can not wait for rain dancing! Unfortunitly we still live in snow and blah π
In British Columbia, galoshes are called gumboots… and they’re indispensable in our Vancouver rains. They’ve got a seriously cute selection here, if you’re ever looking for more (http://www.gumdropsonline.com/default.aspx).
And, BTW, I totally love your photo collage in the pic with Brett and Lainey. Might have to do something similar in our living room…
so so so nice to hear some love for your man!!! loved hearing that….
I love how you somehow see the good in everything. I love your blog, it always cheers me up! π
I LOVE the pic of Nella with Latte on the picnic table. I seriously LOL’d.
The rain pictures are my favorite! What a fun day with your cute little family!
Wow, that picture of you holding Lainey in the rain…you are soooo gorgeous, Kelle! Stop making the rest of us look bad! π Seriously, though. You are beautiful.
Two things:
1. You look like you’ve lost weight.
2. The belly splashing in the puddles is my favorite, for what its worth. π
Kelle, I just want to take a moment to tell you that Nella is just so pretty. Honestly, she’s just one of the prettiest babies I’ve seen in a long time.
i love how much you can see that nella is looking like her daddy!! =) so adorable!
This post really made me laugh. Love your English accent quote.
Hi there! My name is Angie and my grandparents had a home in Naples for my whole childhood. It was at Wilderness Country Club and the highlight of my year every year was a trip to Jungle Larry’s. I understand now it is called the Naples Zoo? Do you ever take your girls there and do you have pictures? I would just die to see it again. My email is angieplusmatt@gmail.com if you could send me the links to any blog posts you made with pix, I’d be eternally grateful!
Take care!
Angie
I realize I’m a little late to this post (just started catching up on my reader), but the fact that you open your Peeps package in advance to harden them made me so happy. My mom always used to do that when I was little and I just bought a package last week that is sitting open on our counter right now while I wait for them to get to their perfect consistency. π Yay for Spring! LOOOOOVE the “Oh” face.
Your photography is beautiful …. for the laughs and smiles..
Like everyone else, I love, love, love your blog spot! I myself have a baby boy with Ds. Well, he’s 2 1/2 now but he will always be my baby. And your pictures – well, there’s just no words to describe. Beautiful! I thank you for putting your life out there for us Ds families in the world to relate. The words you type are just right. I relate in so many levels. Wish we lived closer, I would have you take pictures of my sweet boys. Thank you, again!
You’re a wonderful mom! I don’t know you, but I love your blog & am inspired by your posts so much!
Just inadvertently bumped into this blog. I’m only one post in, but I’m a fan. Perhaps I’m just a little biased, hard to tell.
Beautiful pictures. Beautiful words. Beautiful family.
