hot cocoa walk.

initiated last year in an attempt to christmas-fy anything and everything after making the decision to not be up north.

wagon completely bedecked with lights and garland and filled with festive babies, we set out, blaring our christmas music, knocking on doors, passing out cups of hot cocoa to neighbors.

lainey had marshmallow duty but i think she ate most of them herself.
i love traditions, and i love that our friends became a part of ours this year.

haha love it! What a great idea!
Zero comments…on the day before Christmas…we can’t have that!! You all look so festive. Try pulling a wagon in slushy, snowy and icy Michigan neighborhoods. I’m so happy you are all having fun there…and Lily and Lainey look so sweet snuggled in their wagon! Laugh til your sides hurt, smile til your cheeks ache and be so happy you fear your heart will explode. I love you and I’m celebrating here in Michigan with the rest o’ your family!
Note to self: If, when you click Publish your comment, it fails to publish it, do NOT click it again…and definately, not a third time. Just TRUST, somewhere it is posting…every time.

It was an honor to be invited!!! We had so much fun and jumpstarted us into the Christmas spirit! You make everything so special and meaningful! That wagon rocked the girls world!! Especially when Lily looked like ET!!
Your dad is a bit redundant. You may want to speak to him about this.
You do the coolest stuff. Looks like a really fun time. Have a wonderful day tomorrow!
Merry Christmas to you and your family! I hope its everything you want it to be and more. I’ll be thinking of Lainey’s surprised face when she sees THE gift . . . how exciting!!! Oh and what a wonderful tradition for the hot cocoa, I wanna be in that wagon too! Looks so much fun!!
