Funny that we all took the photos as a big hint, though I couldn’t get past french toast and french fries this morning-must be time for breakfast.

Does the something on the horizon stem from your trip to NYC? I was wondering if there was some business mixed with the pleasure on that trip.

All this speculation and maybe you’re just planning on painting a room or cutting your hair 🙂 Happy long weekend.

Happy weekend? Don’t mind if I do, Mrs. Hampton. It will be one filled with pulling long 12-hour shifts at work and squeezing in homework when I find quiet moments.

Thanks for the beautiful pictures, the girls are darling as always!

Don’t know if you have already had this quote here, but it goes right along with your outlook, Kelle.

Nella is really starting to look more like a “big girl” and less of a baby. As she does, I definitely see her looking more like Lainey. So cute!

I love it! One glimpse of the Eiffel tower & a beret & we have you jetting off to Paris. If only it were true… I would so love to see YOUR Paris. It is my favorite city in the world – have been lucky enough to spend lots of time there for work.
Oh what you & your magic camera could show us.

Beautiful! I’ve said it before, but I love the stark contrast between their blue and brown eyes. 🙂

So sweet! And I have to say, the last pic, the 1 in your header, is so touching as it looks like big sis is reaching through to touch baby sis, just reassuring her she’s there, absolutely precious!

I may work 3 days a week. And I may have many amazing friends. And other former passions. But I’ve been swallowed in all-encompassing love since my two daughters (2.5 and 1.5 years old) were born. Thanks for reminding me of the need to live intentionally. And to intentionally create the person I am, every day. And for reminding me that taking time to do non-Mommy things isn’t just good for me every once in a while. It’s good for them too. I heart Kelle Hampton.

Hey, KWQR – how you doin’? I know, too funny, huh? I had a similar thought after reading comments. Gee, a glimpse here and we have Kelle flying off to paris! i was thinking, Whoa, maybe we need to rein ourselves in a bit here. haha..But it’s a nice thought, huh-Paris? I think many of us like to kind of live vicariously here..heehee. Yes, what a great trip that would be. I have always wanted to go to Italy too (and Ireland and England and on and on…).

I always tell others and myself…I do not wish to be defined by one role. I am a graduate student, school psychologist, friend, daughter, wife, and mother…and I would like to be so much more. Some roles take precedence over others at different points in my life. I would like to continue to be the best I can in all of the above…however, sometimes that’s just not a reality. So who cares if I don’t always have my work done and have dinner on the table and conveniently forgot to call my parents back? I have my lil daughter who drives me nutz all day and falls asleep so peacefully that I think what an angel!!!

Kelle!!! You’ve been my inspiration many many days… Thank you!
