    Witaj…

Nie wiem gdzie to napisać, więc zrobię to tu. Przeczytałam (a dokładnie dzisiaj skończyłam) czytać twoją książkę. Jestem poruszona…

Bah. Just weird. I’m going to cook a very italian “Tiramisu” with coffe to “cheer me up” after this foggy italian day-after.

Ohhhhh….the photo of Nella with the apple just took my breath away. It does go by so fast…my girls are 21 and 18. So many treasured moments. My youngest (with Down Syndrome) is 18 and received a letterman’s jacket for Christmas. She received the letter for managing the varsity tennis team. She cried when she opened it, she loved it so much….later she asked us WHY she cried! So, don’t worry, the moments will keep coming and they will be just as sweet in their own way.
    Merry Christmas!

love these photos. nella eating the icing, my favorite! I got “Bloom” for Xmas and i’ve been reading it all day. It’s to touching and raw, I’m crying and laughing and loving it. I do not have a special needs child (although, every child is special, and they all have needs, don’t they?!) but I imagine your book is a balm to so many moms who do. You write to well about the love a mom has for her babies. Every mother can relate. Thanks for sharing your story! I follow you regularly.

Kelle, my little girl Willow was born with Down Syndrome. She is now three months old. Though, unfortunately, DS is not the biggest obstacle she has to overcome (she has many medical problems that she is still battling), your blog has been a source of hope and joy for me during this time. When people started finding out, everyone wanted me to meet, email, talk to their friend’s cousins’ whoever who has a child with Down Syndrome. I was not ready for that. But I did start reading and searching online and found your blog. Thanks for sharing your life.

My mom is a tough critic when it comes to people’s Christmas family photos. I know she will LOVE yours — I’ll have to show it to her because she isn’t tech-savvy and doesn’t go online, haha! Seriously, that is the cutest family card and I love the back. What a nice way to showcase some special events over the year!

The picture of Nella about to eat frosting actually made me laugh out loud. And the picture right after with her adorable smile is just too cute. I’m loving all these holiday photos!!! On your more recent post, I have to say that fairy door is GENIUS.

    Hello!
I just wanted express my love I have for your blog. I read it everyday. It’s like my morning paper.
Thank you for writing Bloom. I spent hours in the bath reading whilst pregnant with our third baby who is now four months old. It holds special memories for me.
    Love Belinda

Love love the card! How’d you get Lainey’s drawings on it? And the two pictures of Nella – sneaking the frosting and then smiling – had me laughing. Merry Christmas!

However, Mirror Sunglasses serve a greater purpose than simply shielding the eye. These sunglasses prevent another person from making eye contact with the wearer. The mirrors are created so that an onlooker will only meet his own reflection when attempting to gaze into the eyes behind a pair of Mirror Sunglasses.
