the pleasure was all mine today as i was privileged to take the first shots of little newbie, skye rose. i’ll never forget the first time i met her mommy…we sat next to each other at an event, talked for hours about how the two of us loved babies and how we couldn’t wait to have our own…and since then, we have been forever friends.
and, oh how this mommy loves her baby. the second picture gives me chills…so much love. so much love.

Breathless…you leave me breathless. I have decided, people should have babies if for no other reason than to be photographed by you. What a precious little girl. Is there something about the water down there…is there no testosterone in Collier County? All these babies are girly girls…Thank God for Brandyn, Austyn and their buds…the boys there are lucky, there is quite a pool of pretties to pick from someday!
OK, she is just “curl-your-toes” happy…look at the feet foto…her right big toe is curled so you almost can’t see it…her heart knows bliss, just bliss. She is big skye content! (Now if Kelle writes me back and says, “Dad, she was missing her right big toe”, I am really going to feel like a schmuck!)

So…I am still in the process of reading every one of your posts, starting from the beginning. Of course, I obviously enjoy them all, and the pictures all inspire me, but the second picture in this post actually made me cry. Like, instant, tears rushing down face, cry. Powerful. 🙂
