‘Musta died and went to heaven today because, seriously…4 baby girls in one room and a camera? Doesn’t get any better than that (oh yeah, Mommy friends and good food too!).
Official playdate at our house today (and by “official”, I mean Lainey actually sat at a tiny kids table with her friend and ate without, like, throwing it all to the dogs) followed by pics of these delicious babies… (I gave Lainey a break on the “shoot” today…Sistah’ is tired of that camera!)
I love this picture in black & white, but Baylee’s eyes are too fabulous not to leave them just as they are…
This smile just miraculously happened…thank you, Samantha! You know why they say babies smile in their sleep? ‘Cuz they can still see heaven there.
How the heck these kids all managed to behave for this shot, I’ll never know. I so pictured toddler hands clawing, newborns wailing and just a big wreck of baby carnage, but it didn’t happen. I’m quite sure my grandma secretly slipped down from heaven and was making faces at them behind me. Yes, I think that’s what happened.
…needless to say, I think there are going to be some pretty smiley daddies when they see these pics all framed up for Father’s Day.
Capturing little souls…nothing thrills me more. I get all teary and goose-bumpy just being with these littles and having the privilege to catch the wonder of them. …thank you Baylee, Lily, Samantha and Lainey…you’re all I needed today!
…enjoying the small things. ~k

These pictures leave me completely speechless! I dont want you to ever post another post again bc I want to gaze at these beauts over and over!! You’ve given us the greatest gift….The gift of capturing Lily as she grows like nothing we’ve ever received before. You have a gift. You are a gift. You are loved.
THANK YOU pales in comparison to how we feel for what you’ve given us!
WOW!

Lainey and Bailey look positively adolescent compared to those widdles! I forgot how widdle widdles actually are! How I love scrunched up baby appendages and those concerned baby faces that are like, still not certain they want to be out of the womb yet. And the smile you captured! I totally don’t believe “gas” is the reason babies smile… seriously who came up with that. It’s definitely grandmas and heaven and other blissful things! Nice job. Daddies will be proud indeed come father’s day!

Little Women…yes, that’s what that last photo tells me…planning girls’ nights, plotting shopping trips, picking boys’hearts to break…precious! Nicely done, you are perfecting your craft with every photo shoot, and God certainly sends along models of perfection!

OMGoodness…you said they were divine, but they are MORE THAN DIVINE! Those pictures are heaven. And I love the Girlfriend Pic, and Lily…don’t get me started on Lily Grace. She is sweet perfection wrapped in a oversized, pink satin bow!!!! They are all so precious.
Kelle/Magic Maker-u are out-of-this-world- amazing with that camera. U are a gift (Kelly said it perfectly). Not a more precious gift in the world than capturing these Littles growing up and having it all on film (or whatever digital is…haha)
XOXOXOXOXOXO

I’m back for more gazing! Each time I see them, I’m blown away like it’s the first time seeing them.
It’s so funny how the babies have the EXACT same expression on their face! So ironic that there’s almost a year to the date difference between, babes, Lainey and Baylee! So much growth and learning happens in the first couple years of life.
The group picture is really profound to me. I can’t stop staring at it and thinking of all that is to come. My brain can’t wrap around it all.
You are talented beyond words.
xoxo
(btw, this is TORTURE not showing these to david!!)

“Let them be little” yes, though not a country music fan…that music should be playing behind these photos….let them be little, let them behave like littles, let them squeal and giggle, scream with joy, interrupt out adult lives, distract us, remind us of what is real and lasting…let them be little for as long as they are little, or longer still because, today, I want to be little….

reminds me of slip and slide/pool days with tori, amanda, the bade girls, and my own…cold lemonade…popsicles…and moms sitting back simultaneously thinking quietly to themselves, “yes, this is all I dreamed it would be and more.”
good days…soak them up!

ahhhh…the days of the regular playdate…I remember them myself with such fondness…visits to the park, library, McDonald’s…it didn’t matter where we all went.
in fact those “playdate” kids and moms will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart. enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!
