Craft Identity Quiz and Easy Pretend Sponge Cake

Now to determine your craft identity:

If you answered mostly A’s: Craft Master. Move over Martha! You live and breathe crafts, wake up in the middle of the night to record new ways to use pipe cleaners and own 16 different shapes of hole punchers. There’s no craft too complicated for you, and your only challenge with crafting with your children is not doing all the work for them because you love it so much (Put. The. Glue Gun. Down.). And yes, yarnbombed silverware is going too far.

If you answered mostly B’s: Congratulations, you are a Middle Crafter, enjoying an occasional opportunity to use a glue stick but refusing to turn over your guest room for craft storage. You might even own a pair of pinking shears. Glitter stresses you out but you still buy it, and your kids’ artwork is proudly hung on the refrigerator.

If you answered mostly C’s: Craft Challenged. Let’s face it–crafts stress you out. Why would anyone by choice spend hours sewing a shirt when you can go to the store and buy one already made? Your kids like making stuff, but you can’t relate. So please, dear God, send a nice craft-loving babysitter to do the work for you.

The cool thing? A, B and C are all okay.
